a year agoStowe info……
The travel time to Stowe is about 3 hours and 30 minutes from the Greater Hartford area.
The tournament is held at 2 rinks:
Stowe-350 Park Street
And
Waterbury-546 River Road
Hotels
There are countless hotels to choose from.
In the past, families seemed to favor staying in and around Stowe as it is a great tourist destination, complete with ample shops and restaurants. The hotels in the town tend to be smaller independents. If you Google “Stowe Hotels”- there a many choices I. The $125-$250/night range. The Grey Fox Inn and the Butler House were two of the more popular destinations in the recent years.
Staying in Waterbury is slightly more isolated. There are a couple larger/national names here- Fairfield Inn and Best Western….and it is closer to I-89.
